My daughter love vanilla cake so much so i tried it at home hope u will also love it..

Eggless vanilla cake is also very healthy  for ur kids .. It can be send as evening snacks instead of junk food..

Egg-less cakes can be tricky as they usually turn out dry and dense and crumble easily but If u follow these steps it will be sure soft, moist, tender and fluffy

Ingredients :

Maida – 1 and 1/2 cups (200 gms)

Plain yogurt(Curd) – 1 cup (250 ml)

 Sugar     – 3/4 cup (165 gms)

Butter – 78 gms

Baking soda – 1/2 tsp

Baking powder – 1 and 1/4 tsp

Cooking oil – 1/2 cup (125 ml)

Vanilla essence – 1 and 1/2 tsp

Milk – 1 tbsp (just for brushing the top)

Tutti frutti- 1/4 cup

Method:

Sieve maida twice and keep aside. sugar , butter  and curd until sugar completely dissolves. Add baking powder, baking soda,  to the creamed mixture and mix well.

Just leave it  for 5 mins Add Now vanilla essence,cooking oil and mix well make sure no lumps.

Now add  maida little by little and mix well until u get a whisk creamy thick batter without lumps

Preheat oven to 350 deg C for 10mins.

I have a heart shape tin so i greased it with oil and poured the batter , now garnish with tutti frutti and keep it ready..

Now reduce temperature to 180 deg C and bake it for 30-35 mins..

Insert a fork in the center of the cake if it comes out clean

Allow the cake to cool down for 10mins, then invert and remove the butter paper.

Then cut/slice them into pieces serve and enjoy..
