My daughter  love sweets too much but hate to have raw banana …. So wanted try

something new I like to experiment with innovative combinations.In the same way,this

time I prepared this banana kheer.Til now I used bananas in juices,milk shakes and

smoothies but never even imagined in payasam versions and it came out very delicious

too..For a variation you can try this kheer. sure you & ur kids also will love it

Ingredients :

1 cup Oats (Quacker Brand oats)

1 cup chopped banana
4 tsp Sugar

 

1 cup Milk

5 Almonds

5 Raisins

Nuts as u like
A pinch of Elaichi powder

Method:
Take a  non stick pan. Add oats and dry roast in a low heat till golden color. keep aside
Peel banana and cut it in small pieces. Keep them aside
Now take a bowl add milk heat on medium flame by stirring it
Now Add oats and  cardamom powder and stir well to make sure there are no lumps.
Keep it on low flame for one minute.
Then, add banana pieces to the pan and stir it firmly, put the heat to high until it again
started boiling. Once it starts boiling, turn the heat to low and cook for 5 mins. stirring
occasionally. Then, turn off the heat.
Garnish with nuts , almonds and raisins & banana pulp

Serve Banana Kheer hot or let it get cool at room temperature. You can also refrigerate

Banana kheer for 1 hour and serve it cool.
Believe me, it tastes great.. A great breakfast for kids especially school going kids.
My daughter loves this very much.
