Every mom want to give healthy food to her kid.. But kids dont like to eat food properly.. So i tried this healthy ladoo which is a very healthy and delicious snack prepared with oats &sesame . Its prepared without any oil or ghee…. It can be given to kids as an after school snacks or can be packed in their snack box. You can also take these when travelling.and it also help to prevent constipation.  They are delicious and easy to make!!
So Today let us see how to make Oats Sesame Laddu step by step…. Its my favourite ….

Ingredients

1 cup Oats ( i have used quakers oats)

1 cup Sesame seeds

1.25 cup Jaggery
a pinch of Cardamom powder

Method

Dry roast oats separately until nice aroma wafts out. Allow it to cool

Dry roast sesame separately until lightly golden .Let it cool

Now take oats and powder it  in a blender and add sesame seeds and powder it


Add half of the jaggery and blend well then add the other hald jaggery now blend and mix it well

Now take in a bowl and rolls it to balls
