Oats Kheer


1 cup Oats (quacker oats)

4 tsp Sugar

1 cup Milk
5 Almonds

5 Raisins
A pinch of Elaichi powder
Take a  non stick pan. Add oats and dry roast in a low heat till golden color. keep aside
Now take a bowl add oats milk and sugar… boil until it get thickened
Stir well. Now Add cardamom powder and stir well to make sure there are no lumps.
Keep it on low flame for one minute.
Garnish with almonds and raisins.
Serve hot or u can freeze it also have chilled kheer which will be more tastier
