Being a north Indian i was eagerly waiting for vegeterian dishes Today i came to know a fact that ghee is a fat burner, if used in small quantities. If we want to come out of diabetes we have to eat smaller portions of food as well exercise regularly mainly walking helps us to control sugar level in blood … We can also use Black Salt as much as possible.. ..Use millets in ur diet .. cook recipes ranging from appetisers, entrees and desserts without use of sugar and also have food when you feel hungry again in small portions.
